All orders are processed within 5 business days. Shipments within Canada and USA generally take about 7-10 days. Overseas shipments generally take around 3 weeks.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Boîtes de la paix is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

REFUNDS: You have 10 days after reception to return the item and get a refund. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a return autorisation number and the return adress. The item needs to be packed very properly. You are responsable for the cost of the shipping for the return and you are responsable for the item to arrive intact. You must purchase an insurance from your shipping company and e-mail us the tracking number. After inspection, we will e-mail you and refund your credit card. If it's damaged because of unproper packaging, we will e-mail you, send you pictures of the damages and deduct a compensation from the amount that we will refund you.
EXCHANGES: You have 10 days after reception to return the item if you change your mind on the colour or the style. You will be responsable of the shipping costs + duties & taxes if applicable for both shipping costs: the return of the original item and the shipping of your new choice of item. Please e-mail us at email@example.com and we will provide you with an exchange autorisation number and the return adress. The item needs to be packed very properly. You are responsable for the item to arrive intact. You must purchase an insurance from your shipping company and e-mail us the tracking number. Once we get it, we will inspect it. If it's damaged because of unproper packaging, we will e-mail you a pictures of the damages and charge you a compensation. Before shipping out your new pick, we will e-mail you to reconfirm your new choice and also to charge the new shipping cost on your credit card.
Our policy lasts 10 days upon reception. If 10 days have passed, we will not honor any refund or exchange requests. The item needs to be unused.
No refund or exchange will be done without an autorisation number.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
In any case, do not forget that you are responsable for shipping costs + taxes & duties if applicable for the return of the item and also for the shipping of your new pick.
