We want you to be happy. In the case that the item is defective or have been damaged in the shipping, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will provide you with an exchange autorisation number and the return adress. Then please pack it very properly and return it. We will refund your packaging cost and shipping cost of the damaged item. After reception and inspection, we will replace it at our shipping cost.
In the case that you change your mind on color or style and you want to exchange for a new color or a new style, please e-mail us at email@example.com. We will provide you with an exchange autorisation number and the return adress. Then please pack it very properly and return it. You will be responsible for paying for your own packaging and shipping costs for the returned item, as well as any duties or customs charges if applicable. If the return product was unproperly packed and consequently damaged on its way back, you will be charged accordingly to the cost of repairing damages. You must purchase an insurance and include a tracking number option with your shipping company as you are responsible of the product during its transportation. Before shipping out your replacing item, we will contact you to reconfirm your new choice of product and also to charge the new shipping cost on your credit card. You are responsible of the shipping cost as well as any duties or customs charges if applicable for your new choice of product. ( Please note that the original shipping cost of the original product is not refundable).
Our policy lasts 10 days upon reception. If 10 days have passed since the reception of your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. The item needs to be unused.
No exchanges will be accepted without an autorisation number.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
